Returns Policy
Most products may be returned for a refund within 14 days of
receipt, provided that the products are in perfect (re-sellable)
condition and are packaged in the original packaging material and
include all product manuals and instruction booklets. A fifteen
percent restocking charge will be applied to cover administrative
costs incurred by RCI Automation. If returned products are not in
re-sellable condition, an additional charge will be applied.
Special Order and Clearance items are not
returnable (these items will be clearly marked as such on our web
site). Wall switches are not returnable if they have been connected
to electrical power. Shipping and handling charges are not
refundable, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs
incurred to return products to RCI Automation. To request a refund
or exchange of a product within the 14 day return period, please
call RCI Automation at 619-857-4268 to request a return merchandise
authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 14 days after
issue, meaning that the product(s) must be returned within 14 days
after the RMA is issued. Products returned to RCI Automation
without a RMA number will be returned to the customer at the
customer's expense.
Any products found to be defective within 14 days from the date of purchase may be returned to RCI Automation for exchange. After the initial 14 day period, the product manufacture's warranty policy must be followed for repair or exchange. Please ask an RCI Automation representative if you have any questions regarding our return policy.
